MyStockMedia.co.uk License Agreement

This License Agreement grants you, the purchaser, an ongoing, non-exclusive, commercial, worldwide license to make use of the digital image/video you have _select_ed, on the following terms:

1. Grant of License
The Licensor (MyStockMedia.co.uk) hereby grants to the Licensee (You) a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and royalty-free license to use the media file(s) in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. The license is granted for an ongoing period and covers the following uses:
(a) to create multiple End Products that incorporate the Item as well as other things, so that each End Product is larger in scope and different in nature than the Item; and
(b) to communicate to the public (perform), broadcast, display, distribute, and reproduce those End Products in any and all media and for all uses, subject to the terms and restrictions in this license.

Examples of End Products: publications, signage, packaging, websites, games, apps, presentations, online videos, films, TV shows and advertisements, posters, t-shirts and other merchandise.

 2. Prohibited Uses
The Licensee may NOT use the Media in the following ways:
You cannot re-distribute the Item as a photo, as a stock item, in a tool or template. You can’t bundle the item with other items, even if you modify the Item. You can’t re-distribute the Item as-is or with superficial modifications.
For example: You can’t license a photo and then re-distribute it as a digital wallpaper or as an image on a stock web site for resale or for free.

3. Ownership
The Licensor retains full ownership of the Media, and the Licensee’s use of the Media does not confer any ownership rights. The Licensee shall not claim any ownership or proprietary rights to the Media.

4. Credit and Attribution
Unless otherwise specified, the Licensee is not required to provide credit or attribution to the Licensor.

5. Warranty Disclaimer
The Licensor makes no representations or warranties regarding the Media’s suitability for a particular purpose, and the Media is provided "as is." The Licensor will not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Media.

6. Termination
This Agreement will automatically terminate if the Licensee violates any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, the Licensee shall cease using the Media and remove it from all platforms, including websites and social media.

7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
